How it works

 Digital Banking Insights is a cloud-based, out of the box, digital retail banking application delivered via a software as a service subscription model.  Available on any device, anytime and anywhere. This solution leverages data and advanced analytics to turn raw data into actionable insights. It has the capability to filter on specific time ranges and have overall performance metrics compared to last year.

Accounts tab

To understand types of accounts, important metrics and trends associated with balances and transactions, and credit vs. debit accounts​.

Transfers tab

To understand account to account transfer patterns, method of transfer, frequency and performance​.

Digital Users tab

To understand behavior by digital users, trends, and remote deposit usage over time ​.

Logins tab

To understand login behavior by product and frequency, time of day, and day of week login trends​

Products tab

To understand adoption over time, popular product combinations, and growth to determine cross-sell and upsell opportunities​.

Digital Activity tab

To assist with targeted marketing campaigns and optimize costs over time by providing account holder “digital activity scores” that can be used to identify and target digitally active customers or members who are likely to adopt eStatements.

Provides a high-level view of portfolio health for accounts, transfers, and users and its comparison to previous performance. This includes metrics and trends associated with balances, transactions, account transfer patterns, user behavior, remote deposit usage, and more. Show less

The Logins tab

Displays login behavior by product and frequency, time of day, and day of week. This data can be used to determine the activity level of account holders and may indicate the best time to engage active users with targeted marketing campaigns at the right place and right time. Show less

The Products tab

Displays adoption over time, popular product combinations, and growth to determine cross-sell and upsell opportunities. These charts provide visibility into the volume of account types and sub-types and trends. This information can be used to determine product focus areas and areas of growth for digital marketing campaigns and business strategy. Account holders with existing accounts that create new user profiles with Fusion Digital Banking will be considered “new” in these calculations. Show less

Digital Activity dashboard

Used to calculate a numerical score for each account holder based on a variety of prioritized factors. This score, developed by data scientists who have analyzed data across our digital banking ecosystem, may be used to increase engagement while optimizing costs, such as to identify digitally active account holders for a digital adoption marketing campaign.
